Released in early Spring 2018, Wild Turkey Longbranch bourbon is the result of the collaborative efforts of renowned actor Matthew McConaughey and master distiller Eddie Russell. Composed of a mash bill blending 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley, Longbranch has a finished barrel strength of 86% proof and is aged for a minimum of 8 years. A bough of bold caramel and vanilla greet the nose from the first pour along with notes of sweet toffee candies spiced with nutmeg and shaved oak. The palate is introduced to hues of creamed honey, sliced oranges, and baking spices over layers of perfectly seasoned wood.
