The Harmony Collection is Macallan’s latest line of limited edition single malt Scotch whiskies designed to champion sustainability whilst celebrating ‘perfect pairings’ and harmonious flavor profiles from the coffee world. Bottled at 80-proof, the Smooth Arabica is a complex play on arabica coffee, focalizing strong coffee and chocolate notes. Aged in a marriage of American and European oak casks, master whisky maker Steven Bremer collaborated with Ethiopian coffee grower and artisan Kenean Asefa Dukamo, renowned American barista Andrea Allen, and Scottish coffee roaster Lisa Lawson to create this winning blend.
