Limavady Single Barrel Single Malt Irish Whiskey 750ml is a 92-proof Northern Irish whiskey, triple distilled from Irish barley and finished in ex-Bourbon and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. The single barrel single malt is the only spirit produced at Limavady, launched in 2021 by former Bushmills Master Distiller Darryl McNally, and is bottled in partnership with WhistlePig Distillery. Expect a lively and energetic malt whiskey with fruit-forward citrus and peach notes prominent, alongside vanilla, sherried oak and a weighty, slightly spicy Irish body.
