Originally released in 2002 under the name “Caoran Reserve”, this highly-favored iteration was re-branded in 2008 into what has become affectionately known as Glenfiddich 12. Aged for a minimum of 12 years in both American ex-bourbon and European ex-sherry casks, Glendfiddich 12 is bottled at 40% ABV and composed of a mash bill derived from 100% malted barley. This wonderful example of pure Speyside Scotch offers a nose of bright orchard fruits and wet grass dewed with honey.
